but for scratch djs i think kev rose or petrae foy are my favourites
4 play are wicked scratchers too
louk
Levitate is wicked @ the old scratchin, check out the new formation records History of drum & bass cd which is basicly formations 1-100 mixed over 4 cds in order. Ostro & Levitate mix 1-25 (old skool) there's some wicked scratchin on there! And Oh yeah.............. Fri 30th April & Ether, Taunton: DJ SY vs X-CESS (Hard trance scratch battle) OSTRO & LEVITAE (Nu energy set) + more!!!
Dont 4get Eddie Halliwell, Cally, Hype....... ;)

I think Eddie is ok, however sometime I think he can go into over kill!!
Has anyone ever seen a DMC video?
I used to think Eddie Halliwell was brilliant until I realised that he only ever does one type of scratch with the same sample every time. Gets quite boring.
Scratch DJ has to be Q-Bert or Mix Master Mike
Hard Trance DJ Rascal
WELL I THINK WRAGG HAS WON THIS DEBATE FAIR PLAY
Gotta say Si sorry havn't heard much Wragg
SIMSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS althought he aint hard trance either
i'd like to see q-bert spin some techno tho
I haven't heard any wragg scratches or sets.............
am a big fan or scratchin, so wanna check him out, are there any mixes online of him?
Dom J & Buckaroo.. 2 of the best Hardcore/Gabba Scratch DJs you could ever want to see, we're very proud to have them both as residents at Premonition.
In the world I'd say the best scratch dj is q-bert from the scratch picklz or roc raida from the x-ecutioners. There's also a Japanese guy called Kentaro who if unbelievable. In Britain either plus one or skully, and in terms of hard trance I'd say dj wragg too, although to be fair I rarely hear trance djs scratch. It's a shame I think it makes a set a lot more interesting.
aye, sims is a quality scratcher, probably the best in the techno scene.Quote:
