i don§t have a regular job, now.. i quit doing Test leader in a localization company befioreone year.. that job was killing me every day, because i was spending let"s say 10hours before comps , doing the job which would be paid lets's say twice or 3times more in your country, than here...,. i was totally pissed of of it.. anyway,my english is much better now,,which is i'm very satisfied with,now...
It was like 10hours at work and then when i came home and wanted to do some music,,my eyes were totally bad with it, and i was out of ideas. it was too much to me,,and i couldn§t do the thing i love,., so i quit and hooked on music for almost all last year,..
now i can do whatever what brings some cash,, but i'm not singed anywhere,so some days i'm full time smokers sponsored,,by Smoking,. (even OCB are good,,too) LOL,., other day i do the music all the day,or week or month,.,who cares,..
i hope i will not end as a total zero,,at the end of the day..
Lawyer, dad, and husband.
all three are jobs, and require a delicate balancing. I schedule at least wednesday evening/night and saturday to write/play music. every other time I get to play with my noise makers is icing.
why does herm look so despondent? cuz my boys keep winning...Quote:

if the playaz had no pads, they'd all be dead or brain damaged by the 3rd week.
How often on average does the foot actually touch the ball in this 'football' you speak of? And why is the real football (the one where foot is kicking the ball the whole time) called... er..uh. "Soccer" in the states.
Could never figure that one out.
I
the ball touches the foot maybe 10-20 times a game. punts, extra points, and field goals. all related to rugby...probably in the 19th century people punted more often, so that's prob where the name came from...Quote:

Any sport where a bunch of men, who`s heads contain grey matter that is the product of millieniae of evolution, essentially play around with a bag of pressurised air, seems a little primitive to me.
It`s all just veiled tribal warfare anyway.
Why not just have a big fight in a field and stop all this nonsense with balls and goals and shit.
the balls and goals make it easier to have logically placed commercial breaks.
too true, would rather watch a game of rugby league, and being as you americans insist on calling our football soccer, im calling your american football american soccer, or maybe i'll call it american kiss chase :lol:Quote:

I'm coming to an operating theatre near you soon.....be affraid!
Incredible how a subject can turn into something else.
Woah....I go away for a few days and come back to see what other people do for a living and this winds up turning into a thread about football?
I'll be straight up honest.....just because I work there, doesnt mean I actually LOVE the sport. I mean-it's OK....but I am not a diehard fan like some of the other guys that work there and the only time I actually watch it is for the Superbowl. To me, its just another traffic job at another network.....but yea, working there has its perks....football tickets, football stuff, etc.....
Oh, and btw.....any of you american peeps on here who have direct tv can get the network, and we just added a new program a few weeks ago- 'Dolphins Cheerleaders'. So if you are interested in lots of T&A and can tune in, you should check out this show ;)
Wait just one minute! Surely the only sport that can be referred to as football on this site is what you americans call 'soccer', ie proper football! I watched some of the last superbowl and it was the most boring sport I've ever seen and even with the game divided into quarters they went to adverts in between, every 2 minutes or something...
It barely qualifies as a sport in my book, nevermind one that can assume the name of the greatest sport in the world...
its the same way most americans view soccer, its boring, we don't think its a sport and not many people care for it here
you again?!Quote:
