im playing more and more techno these days! i agree completely that techno makes trance sets more interesting too , i mean i LOVE trance its awesome, but it really is becoming very formulated these days...
i think if every tune a dj`s dropping has a massive break it can be a little hard for me to get into the set as much, sometimes i just wanna stomp!! so without playing hardstyle(which i personally dont like) techno can make your trance sets roll alot better... im loving the tech trance sound as well , trance/ techno cross over stuff that keeps things moving ...also i think techno its such a broad style its pretty hard to difine it aswell so when someone says there gonna play some techno you never quite no what your in for...which is also a reflection of how versatile it is as a form of music...anyway someone wise once said talking about music is like dancing about archetchure.. ;)
