The non-techno albums I've been bumping in the car this week:
Life of Agony - River Runs Red
Megadeth - Rust in Piece
Ice Cube - Death Certificate

In the nightside eclipse is a lovely album altogether.
"Percussion work carries the song by shifting a framework of inevitability around the fantastic chaos of guitar noise and simple rhythmic patterns; unfolding architectural pseudopods of power chord scales descend into the panoramic expanse of rhythm, stirring it with the chaos that engenders the evolution of the next phrase. actually come to think of it didnt Faust the drummer get done for murdering someone?
music from star wars...especially these dudes!!

i can't remember if he killed someone or was one of the church burners. anyways, trymm is the one on "anthems," and he was formerly the drummer for enslaved, who also rock...
I was a bit disappointed in it actually. But, I blame the hype. It was just a bit more poppy than I was hoping for. Guess I shoulda known after hearing the bootleg though. However, I like it a lot for what it is. Some of the musical arrangements are very catchy and not at all the norm around my area.Quote:
