green velvet - destination unkown, and
surgeon - balance
on CD it was in 1995 and it was "best of bonzai" and "prodigy - breathe"(i am shameless) heheh
I'm pretty sure this was already covered, but I'll list anyways:
Take out the Trash - Boscaland
Species - Trash Compactor remix - Boscaland
I think it was Vapour Space - Gravitational Arch Of 10, on Plus-8. Not totally sure tho.

Obviously not at the release date
Frankie Bones: Remix Project
and some old Rotterdam record. Rotterdam wolves, or something like that. This was back in '93.
Well, my first record was Aux-88 - Xeo-Genetic on Direct Beat, but my first techno record was a Steve Stoll two tracker on Proper (I think it's Proper 35, not sure though)... It had a nervous non-linear (7/4, I think) groove and I remember having problems beatmatching it 'cause of this non-linear time signature... This was like five years ago and I never play it anymore, but I would never sell it or any other record that I own, cos I know I would end up cursing myself...
probably F.U.S.E. - Train-Tracs on Wax Trax. Richie Hawtin does acidic damage to thomas and friends.
or maybe Tour De France or Axel F = before 1990 is maybe a bit roots rather than techno.
Lets ring the techno police? Si?
maybe not the very first, but Preacher Man by Green Velvet. I was still using my moms old turntable hooked up to my guitar amp, jamming in my basement with tony aka tape. The picture: my guitar, collecting dust, day 20.
:D

Cohabits - Dependency on Tortured and Ian Pooley - Chord Memory Remixes on Force Inc. Haven't played either of them for years as they're still at my folks' house - I remember the Ian Pooley record having a cracking Mark Bell remix on it though.

took me ages to actually start buying vinyl as i wasnt interested in djing at all for years and just worked in my studio.
then i finally bought madame dubois on react, its mrs wood, its react, but its ****ing nails!!!
aside from that, does it count if my parents bought me 'Big Fun'? technically still a techno record.
