Whenever you "feel" like it.
24/7 365.
From 10:56 p.m. until around 6:54 a.m. At no other times is it acceptable to listen to techno. Ever.
For me it's when I'm out for a walk/ in work/ finished work and need to have a mix/ when I'm designing/ masturbating etc etc..
when high on good drugs preferably.
1) While f_cking some b_tch...
2) While driving up to some b_tch's house right before you f_ck her
3) While driving back from some b_tch's house right after you f_cked her

I find it much better to listen to techno during the hours i am awake, I find selecting the next track very hard while sleeping
when your in a night club with a big sound system, init.
