Hiya peeps,
couldnt find a "general" board here,so i thought this would be the place place to post this,as i think it was hard trance that was mainly played there.
Now 1 of my good m8s used to go here week in,week out,without fail until it closed.I however didnt get the chance to go there before it did,so i was wonderin if it was as good as it sounds?
wots ur thoughts on the place?

I never went as I'm too young but I live in the same town as Jon the Baptist, Jim Bong, Iain Cross, Meri, Swannie...know all these guys real well, I'll try and get them to post a reply for you!

yeh i went to the country club loads, f**kin loved it!
The atmosphere was quality and the sound system was f**kin mental, havnt heard anything like it any where else.
All the residents were F**kin spot on Djs, they all knew their tunes, and what tunes to play to blow the place apart.
The relaxed atmosphere in the car park where you could so easily score whatever the f**k u wanted.
Absolutely gutted when it closed down :cry:
But yeh all in all f**kin legendry!

i used to go there all the time went the first time on my 17th birthday then went every week for about a yr!!
the place was the best no were like it!! on till 8 in the morning with the finest djs out there!!
i went on the last night mark played the best 2 hr set ive ever hurd!!!!
i cued fir 3 hrs in the rain to get in but it was worth it :rambo:
how do chaps, yes the cc looked ****in A, never got the chance 2 go myself but have heard it waz quality! you guys have some top events on in the south west (i wanna bloody move down their) the nw is shite for quality hard trance nights, its full of scouse house lovers (whatever the **** scouse house is) have to travel miles for a decent night!
yes i would love to go to a night that had a free party feel like the cc . went to atmosphere @ the grove with a few m8ts (a 9 hr drive in bholiday traffic at that, but worth it) this place haz been the closest to a free party i have got. nice location in the nice sleepy town of seaton.
COULD NE1 TELL ME WHY THE CC CLOSED DOWN (was it due to licencing factors?) AND WHO OWNED THE CLUB, RAN, PROMOTED THIS EVENT, THE UNDERGROUND NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE THE DANCE DADDY AND MORE LEGENDARY EVENTS LIKE THIS (fu£k the big shot promoters)! Is the club still standing?
