He'd been quite quiet there for a while though.
One of my top 3 Favorite producers.
Yeah, really he puts a lot of the schranze heads to shame.
He makes truly hard techno without a lot of the cliche over distortion and oompah oompah pump that most other hard techno has.
He has been kinda marginalised by certain labels and stuff, which is a shame, as he can really make it rip.
The new SuperTech UK record being a good example of the mans minerals.
that new supertech b1 is killing me - now that's hard techno right there.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh kay will love this post i must show him , he was feeling a bit down this year because of sercomstances and beeing told his music is out of date he`s a deep kinda guy i fukin love him heheheh , but hey i beleive in kay i always have this the reason he is my main artist on my label , the guy works so hard and i mean hard he`s in the studio till 5 and seven in the morning ,hes like a bloody vampire hahahahah, but hey ive some news for you all , kay has just got his own label ( im not telling the name yet because i dont want to spoil the suprise)
but yes kay has organised his own label its complete and is coming soon and boy let me tell ya this is gunna put a few smiles on us kay d smith fans , back in bisiness just where he bloody well should be ;)

yeah, I've always loved kay stuff. It keeps getting better tho, his newest productions have absolutely beautiful production quality-so simultaneously clean and filth, a difficult one to achieve, but so good when it's a success :)
can't wait for this label sounds like pure distilled sickness.
BTW no doubt his production generally poos all over most schranz, but I have to say schranz nevertheless still has its time and place. Also I think certain schranzy stuff it really genuinely good, and goes excellently with Kay stuff, like some boris s stuff. Similar compressed clean and dirty quality. I love it.
yea man me to i do use a lot of boris s work he is great this kinda production i love , the other is so skinny sounding on the vynyl i just cant do anything with it ,theres loads of crap out there man but hay boris s i love this fella pure dood. :clap:

yea al its difficult its rare as roking horse poo this track ,remember i dropped it at your night ion blackpool, but listen posible you may find on ebay of all places ive seen a few old kay dsmith tracks up there , failing that put a post out on here somone may have a copy or mark might have one availble if he decides to let go of it in the vynyl exchange department hahahahaha.or if not wait till febeuary coz weve got it scheduled for a 2006 remix and origanal for supertech. kay wants to do it again because he said they had an earth problem in the studio when this track was made an he wasent happy with it , god knows why i cant see anything wrong with it its great , but hey he wants to do it again so great somthing to look forward to its a smashing track lets av it
