This is too hard a question to answer! I reckon it's easier to ask what's your favourite R&S, Jeff Mills,Detroit, Swedish record etc?Quote:

UR: Seawolf (This was by Mills too i believe)
Sweden- Beyer/Lekebusch- Steady Motion 1 (The one with the "Rotation" sample")
Recently I've been listening back to older Detroit records (Stardancer/Final Frontier etc.), man they still sound really fresh...
Yeah should have categorised it a bit better...
Ah no, that's just my preference, I'm sure other people could answer it alrightQuote:

Steve Rachmad Remix on CLR ( think it's CLR 5) .
Fuse v's LFO - "Loop" on Plus 8
Joey Beltram - Energy Flash on R & S
There are loads more , it's well hard to think of any techno tunes at all when try too hard to think about it.
Heard a house remix of energy flash on white label at the weekend..
pretty good stuff...
Who did it??
Dunno
If I find out I will let you know....

Its just the choon I mentioned is a unique timeless piece that appeals on so many levels, works well in a hard set, a funky one a club environment and has the line running through it " what is techno"
Peace

One of my faves too. His long awaited recent album though was such an anti climaxQuote:

Sunil : You are right most people did start there sets with VapourSpace I did when I played in year 2000 at a night in Basel, Switzerland and I still get goosebumps now thinking about it.
Drumcode 7 : i'm not sure if it was Beyer that made that record but it sounds nothing like any other Drumcode records, it kinda has the chicago element to it but with some nasty distortion chucked in for good measure.
not sure here but maybe Lenk (aka Cari lekebush is i'm not mistaken)...
Z
Glenn Wilson -the process
Dj Rush -breakthrough
Headroom -insanity lurks....
Richi Hawtin -Orange
Dj Amok´s rmx of yaguar

Indeed. My favourite Swedish producer at the moment by a mile, he's vastly underratedQuote:
