Ruud did a good job on saturday, but he wouldn't be my first choice as Captain. It's true to say we haven't many options at the moment. Giggs would definetly be in the runnin, but i think Gaz Nev might be a good idea, he's probably our most consistent player, one of our more senior, and he has a good head on his shoulders and a big gob too...
I would go with gary neville aswell, he's a cunt but he is united through & through.
Yeah, he'd make a certain amount of sense, though I don't like him either! In fact I don't like any of the 3 main contenders to be honest, Smith would be a decent choice I reckon, though he hasn't been at Man U that long of course...
garry neville he was the youth captain and i think he was the vice captain to keane anyway plus he has the temprement to be the captain
He always seems to play people on for England at least though, so his communication can't be that good... I still think it should go to Smith, but I daresay it won't.
