That is Scott Robinson - Formuffin EP - I know Scott from Leicester :D haven't seen him in time, but he has a big Ugly Funk connection, used to do all design work and play at the events. ep is from about 97/98
that record is the shit.
I sold it but it was the weirdest yet my fave cluster
