i think the actual first techno cd i brought was dave clarke world service, i also brought a few of the x mix series and adam beyer timewarp, ive never brought that many techno cd's tho to be honest.they are very rarely any good.
actually it was dave clarke ' fuse' has one of my fave ever techno tracks, hands in the bactiriea sample, cant remeber who it was by tho off the top of my head

for me it was a free cd. free with etenity magazine. this is techno vol 2 mixed by mark eg. paid for wise it was something on warp i think. or an early luke slater one.
