i like the sound of vinyl
Vinyl by far!
vinyl personally. its warmer.
 vinyl is number one
it does sound warmer
vinyl
vinyl
in my opinion : vinyll too:)
CD probably has the best sound quality cause it dosent pick up al the crap on a vinyl (dust.. or whatever)
This dosent mean that cds are betta.. i prefer mixing with vinyl 100%

FOR ME IT'S VINYL ALL THE WAY ;)
Vinyl
Vinyl, all day...
cd's are better quality without a shadow of a doubt, BUT i would never mix cd's ala carl cox !!! even if you could get the same tunes on cd as you could on record, for me it would be records all the way baby yeagh !!!!!!
Vinyl,.,.absolutly,.
Given the option, vinyl each and every time. Its more manual, even with the CDJ1000's it still doesnt compare. hing is though, alot of the stuff I get is on CDR only, so you sometimes have no choice.
CDs can be handy for alot of stuff, with the CDJs you can edit on the fly and pull off loops of stuff that wouldnt otherwise be possible, again, on the fly.
I'm a CDaphobe though, CDRs always skip all over the place for me and make thats a pain in the arse obv.
i think vinyl has a hell of a lot of life in it yet.

I play vinyl but looking at this piece of kit I reckon, I reckon.....
vinyl please!!!
still want to keep the feeling that all the kiddo's looking forward to search for interesting rare tunes only available on vinyl.
CDs have a better dynamic range and store a much wider range of frequencies if you want to be technical about it... there's not really any way vinyl wins there ;)
But vinyl does definitely sound a hell of a lot nicer
CD by far. Wider Stereo (real stereo actually, not that pseudo stereo crap on vinyl), deepr bass, clear and clean highs.
Vinyl is dead as far as I´m concerned, but I still buy it. Although if I can find an original CD in a store, I´ll buy that instead of course
i still love how vinyl sounds
Vinyl will never die and cds will never replace it  But thats not to say you can't use CDs too ;) The Pioneers are kewl, and those new technics look the shizz-diggity!
Gimme 3 1200's and a couple of digi 1200's and I'll be fine :rambo:
"Vinyl will never die and cds will never replace it for me" I meant
That's because you're a big-time numpty  :wicked: :lol:Quote:
