Lots of the stuff you get in china its retro-fitted knock off gear.

So they'll copy a pioneer 800 casing, but put a load of cheapy shit inside. It will work, it might even do what its supposed to but its made of shite components and its unlikely to last.

Sort of like what behringer do, only even worse.

all depends where and whom you buy it from.

I`ve never had any probs with china bought electronics, although admittedly, I`ve never bought any DJ gear.

Korea do some tech at great prices also.
