i go away for a year and for some reason i feel like I've heard all the new tunes in the acid forum... must because I used to go to Club 414... ten years ago.
here you go... get a 1988 acid tune and compare it to a 1998 acid tune... nice progression.
Now get a 2009 tune and see if you can even tell any difference between the 1998 output?

I agree with the 2 peoples above me. It's ok to not like stuff! But....instead of just saying "this is shit, and so is this" why not add something constructive and point us in the direction of something that isn't shit. I mean, acid techno isn't that 1 dimensional. There's loads of stuff out there that's different from the London late 90s- now sound. Look at some of the stuff coming from France and over europe. It's more hardtek style some of it, but it's completly different to the london sound. AND IT'S GOOD!! *cough*

How is he trolling, the point he made in his post on this thread is relevant and in my opinion true.
He's a troll because that's ALL he does. He comes in here and says how shit and stale it all is. Which, is a fair point as it's just his opinion, and that's fair enough. But to purposly come into the acid section, with the sole purpose of slating everything about acid from the last 15 years or so, is a little counter productive. He doesn't go anywhere else, just in here to try and pick fights and score some imaginary points.
I certainly shant be getting the ban hammer out or anything drastic, but it'd be nice if he could ad something good. Instead of 100% negativity. :)

He was banned, but the board updates unbanned a few people. Mark has now banned those people again. There're probably a few more, so if you see someone who was banned, and is now posting, you can feel free to grass them up in public, so everyone knows you're a big fat grass :lol:
yeah i'm back on it and i'm taking no prisoners :) did some major board adjustments the last two days, as alot of software problems and stuff needed sorting. this included re-banning people who got through the net. goodbye adey nice to have known you. off ya pop. time to get this place rockin ;)
really bizarre that he must have kept checking his username to get back on, baffling.
