Grrrrrrrrr.
You guys do realize they probably made this connection a long time ago because they used to engineer or be sound men for big uk talent?
Ok I may not be a fan any more of their stuff but people need to get paid.
Eg does trance and I don't see people screaming at him for it. We need to put into perspective.
I would like to drink Champange rather than pepsi.
Money man. Money Money Money.
They are paying Godskitchen? Good for them. At the end of the day they are playing to lots of people, there will probably be a great atmosphere and everyone will be happy, don't see anything wrong with that... a gig is a gig.

i'm with davey d 100%.
I'd never go to Godskitchen, but fair play to Ignition Technition...
Would be interesting to hear what they play though...
:hmm:
good on em its a great oppertunity which i doubt any dj would turn down
Never been a fan of their stuff but good luck to 'em. Hopefully their live set will go down well at GC and in turn attract a few new faces to the techno scene.
exactly.im all 4 techno dj's/producers doin gigs at places such as these 4 that exact reason.Quote:

IT's set list from Radio 1 last night. Let's see what the GK guys think of this.
Player 14 - 'Untitled' (White)
DJ Vitamin D - 'Pusher II' (White)
Unknown - 'Player 15' (White)
Mike Humphries Vs Mark Turner - 'Pusher 1' (White)
Ignition Technician - 'Untitled' (White)
Unknown - 'Player 12' (White)
Red Tide - 'Core 009' (White)
DJ Funk - 'Run UK' (White)
Ignition Technician - 'Unknown' (White)
Unknown - 'Player 8' (White)
Marco Bailey - 'Player Remixes' (White)
Marco Bailey - 'M.B Electrics 09' (White)
Tom Haydes - 'Unknown' (White)
Tom Haydes - 'Unknown' (Session Recordings)
Chester Beity - 'Unknown' (White)
Didn't hear the mix myself but you can listen to it (if you want :eh: ) on Fergie's site on Radio 1.
Just started to listen to the interview with IT and to their credit - they rip the piss out of of Fergie for a short while, although they come across a bit slack (sorry guys but I can't lie). Well worth the listen (the interview that is). Fergie also confirmed that Sims & Broom are on soon so keep an eye peeled, whether its as ROKU I don't know.
HAPPY DAYS !!!!!!
One thing that bugs me is the term 'white' in a playlist.. ok it's a white, great! But what's the ****in label?? :rambo:Quote:

The mix - to save you the bother - is quite bad. Fergie was better and that's going some.
Good for them.
I applaud their interview.
Their accents are heavy as hell.
not all whites has press release with them
In my experience, all white labels have a press release unless given to the DJ direct from the producer and in that instance there will be little info other than track name and artist. When I've received white's from a source other than the producer then they have always had a press release with them, it just makes good business sense from the distributer.
well sayin that the all have press releases with them is wrong, since i have gotten whites, from the labels with out them
my point is...... nothing, but its a lie to say that all has the
Do they list everything as white labels to appear cool and cutting edge??? How can you not know what labels "Player 14" and "MB Electonics 09" are on???Quote:

Maybe it was a R1 flunkey that did the tracklist?? reckon that's quite possible to be honest.Quote:

Has anyone heard the new ignition technitian vs koning on pitch. Sounds a little different, quite a strong synth rift, solid beat, this wouldn't sound too bad over a big system. B side aint that bad either.
I like what they do.
If they like it and people buy it then whats the protest.
Because they aren't churning out parent killers?
im anxious to hear the one they did for henry on hydraulix 13.3
So am I.
I'm really digging the locked groves and Hood Rat on WDF005 Ignition Technician vs Pounding Grooves, at the moment - truely an epiphany
