01). Harmony & Extreme "MUSIC!" (Lucky Spin 007) 1993

if that's what you're into then the techno classics probably will seem boring...
Theres no cheese top 10 in there, just pure underground - rarely heard tracks.
Ohh another track I'm really hot for at the moment is...
Speedy J "Something for your mind (Exposure Remix)" (Music Man 0308)
It sounds absolutly wonderfull played at 45RPM at ~-6. It goes nicely with The Dok "Deep Breath".
rarely heard for obvious reasons.
dj seduction ffs, it was crap first time around. always used to go for a piss when that got dropped. as for smf, wasn't that a happy hardcore label?
lucky spin had some good releases though.
WHAT?!?! "Come On" is one of the greatest tracks ever written. It has everything a rave tune should have. 1). catchy riff, this one has multiple catchy riffs. 2). great beat, this track has both, a 4/4 909 and a "get your ass on the dancefloor" amen break loop. 3). catchy samples, theres nothing like a peppering of "Lets GO!" and "Come on!" vocal samples in a tune. The tune is frikken quality to the max and far better then hardcore heaven!Quote:

you're preaching to the wrong man 1992. i was there at the time listening to these trax week in week out. seduction never did it for me at all. there's stacks of better tunes out there. i got aload a few weeks back in the shop (including seduction's titles) spent about 3 days going through them all and found 2 i still liked. orlando voorn's "frequency - kiss the sky" and nookie's "return of nookie"Quote:

Well I'll agree that "Kiss the sky" is a quality toon. I don't have that one for my collection yet though.
i guess it depends on how you look at it. you say boring, i say subtle. ;)Quote:
