    Default KNE'DEEP

Just picked up a couple of Kne'Deep EPs while trying to track down some Pet Duo back catelogue.

They really both have a well raw squat feel to them.

KD23 BTRAX - Burning Chapter One EP
KD28 YVES MASTER - Infusion EP inc. a DJ Rush Remix ;)

Not sure if the whole label is like these two but I only skimmed another 2-3 releases.

    top tunes, imo.

This is the one with the "Your whole life is just a dream" sample in it, right? It's deadly, Berkovi on form

Yeah. One of the better hard techno tracks of last year.

Should berkovi be a bit busier do ye think?

Maybe so, I only see bits and pieces by him generally, which is both a good and bad thing I guess. The BTrax stuff is wicked...

He also does a cool jacking style, I like his remixes on Collapse and Schlagwerx in this vein.

Boss is making nowadays more offbeat stuff, his releases on labels as PCV are imo also very nice!

I think Boss is a great producer! (dont know how his mixing skills are)

my fave Knee Deep is definately Chris Noise - Life Sucks ep

the a-side is hard, club techno at its best. Absolutely dirty track

    BUT!!!

its the b-side that gets me. the B2 track is melodic and funky, really impressive stuff

The Viper XXL EP (think it's 22) is pretty damn good, filthy and dirty - the sort of stuff that puts Kremer et al in the shade.

The BTrax EP is superb, picked it up for 50p last month! The Just A Dream track has been one of the few tunes recently I couldn't stop playing.
