Default Any kontakt fanatics know the answer to this?

I do like kontakt, however there’s one thing I dislike about it. Was wondering if anyone knew a way around this? Every time I setup a new instrument when I come to changing the sound I have to set the key spans again and delete the previous sample from the mapping editor.

Is there a way I can just replace the sample that’s mapped out with a new one without having to do it this longer way? I have tried the pdf and I can’t find anything on it.

Also theres a bug with the sample previewing on my version 1.5.2 but that doesnt bother me too much

    Cheers

Sorry m8, I don't think it's possible unless Kontak has the ability 2 use pre-configs or instrument templates! There is a messy work around but I do not think it's worth the trouble honestly.

Use generic names like sample1, sample2,... on a specific folder, go to the folder, copy the new samples and rename 2 match!
