Havn't used SF in years, but a good generic method is to set markers where you want the track boudaries, then just save each 'track' as a seperate wav. Bung these wavs into whatever burning app you use (nero, easyCD) and burn *without* the 2 second gap abomination.
As I remember, SF has some handy way of selecting all audio between two markers, double click in the lower half of the waveform, or something.
Personally, I use wavelab now.
