Halion trouble

G'day!
I'm using Halion 2 in Cubase SX, with a 1010LT card, and am having trouble with sample playback. Once I've loaded a sample onto a key, the first 3 times I press that key the sample plays back - then I have to press the key another 7 times before it will play the sample again. This repeats over and over i.e. out of every 10 key presses, it will only play the sample 3 times.

It does this whether I use the mouse to press the key or use my oxygen keyboard. It's not latency as I'm using asio drivers without any problems. It's just that 7 out of 10 times the sample will not play! There's only one sample mapped per key, and the velocity range is 0-127. If I reduce the velocity range to something like 0-60 I can't get the sample to play at all.

Ohh I had this problem. Mig is right that’s exactly what is. You cant cure it, perhaps you should take it back to shop and have it updated :roll: . Yea, 2 weeks ago same problem, along with sounds playing back on the wrong midi channels
