there are two i know of with that sample in....
I'm Your DJ on Trance Communications and the other is on Technoboy - Raver's Rule on Titanic, i suspect it's the Technoboy one you've heard tho...

edit - just read it was and "old" helter sketer tape, these are quite new tunes , worth checking tho, cos they damn good...
