These parties are once in a blue moon, whenever that is. There were only 3 last year. Each one has been rumoured to be the last as the Lord of Warleigh(David) has seriously been trying to sell it(anyone got a spare £3million?) for ages. Have you seen the big regular newspaper articles about the lord who is looking for a wife? This is the first party this year. If he still owns it in the summer there may be another.
