Default Louis Osbourne [H.O.G] @ Electric City - July 8th

Louis Osbourne [House Of God - UK]
    Rob Rowland - Live [Freestate]
    Giles Armstrong [electricity]

    Admission - e8 / e7 with flyer.

This Thursday sees House of God [Birmingham's techno mecca] resident and
now also a resident of Dublin, Louis Osbourne step up to the Electric City
altar. 29 year old Louis Osbourne is a Techno & Tech-House DJ and has been
DJing for 11 years. Coming from a musical background it was inevitable that
he was to be an entertainer of some description. After playing alongside the
likes of Surgeon and Paul Damage at HoG on a regular basis Louis upped
sticks and moved to Ibiza where he played alongside Carl Cox, Josh Wink and
Basement Jaxx. Since Ibiza Louis has travelled the world extensively,
spreading his message of quality, underground dance music. Tours have
included the USA, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Austria,
Belgium, Malta, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Ireland.
Developing his musical style over the years, Louis is able to rock the dance
floor of any destination with his brooding mix of Techno and
Deep/Tech/Tribal house, influenced by the likes of Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin,
Mr C, Sven Vath, and Slam.

This last year has seen Louis make a huge impression on the German market.
He has played most of the biggest clubs there including Tribehouse
(Düsseldorf), Electric Delicate (Munich), 190 East (Frankfurt), M1 Club
(Stuttgart), Airport (Wurzburg), Dockland (Munster), Liquid (Augsburg),
Villa (Hagen), & H90 (Cologne). Louis has just released his first
Compilation album for the European market. Entitled "Beats Reality", it has
been greeted with fantastic reviews by the German media, already gaining a
5/5 from SMAG magazine! The album sees Louis' sound move away from his House
sounds to a much dirtier Techno / Acid House territory.

Louis has his first production on the compilation too. Titled "Louis
    Osbourne V's Psycatron - Delphi's Groove", it's the result of a
collaboration between Louis & Psycatron (Alternative Route / Shine Records).
From the CDR's that have been sent to other DJ's the response has been
excellent. Tom Stephan even making it his 'tune of the week' on his Kiss FM
radio show. The track will be released as Louis' first single later this
year. As you can see for yourself, Louis' DJing career has gone to another
level this last year. He is constantly travelling the world playing some of
the best clubs and events and his star is still rising. You should catch him
if you can. Support comes from Rob Rowland [Live] & Giles Armstrong.

Agreed! always played some fun tunes at HOG. How did the gig in Dublin go Giles? I would've thought the crowd there would be into what he plays.

Hope things are well with d'faaamly.

Yeah it was grand but Ozzy never showed up! Next week it’s Ben Sims which should be good.

All is great over here, molly is one in a few weeks. Time certainly does fly when having fun!

Say hello to Mr. Bailey for me.

    Giles
