ear plugs

Anyone here tried and tested musicians earplugs?? Any recommendations with frequency range, value, durability and anything else you deem a pre requisite for good plugs and preferably something that works well with both producing and especially djing? Got the beginnings of tinnitus in one of my ears......look after your lugs kiddos!!!!!

I got a bit of this to. Found out i wasnt spose to be exposed to loud music while on a certain anti-biototic. I'm thinking about investing into some of these myself also.
