Pisses me off

Thought that was an apt title for this Topic:

Last night after a few stellas and a mix, my mate decided to mention how GOOD judge jules was at Creamfields ... (Yer right) He said that Judge Jules deserved to be where he was because of the hardwork he has put in... I laughed hysterically.

He also said in the heated discussion that Fergie also deserved to be where was in the scene, for the hardwork that he has put in..

Now not one to argue, i mentioned to him, (him being a hardhouse Dj) that Fergie use to play hard house, until the commercial bastards him and judge alike turned it into a money making scheme. Chewing it up and spitting it out, as soon as the sound had become lets say over commercialised. I told him that his scene was ****ed due to tw*ts like judge jules/fergie!! Did he listen ...? Nope!

I explained as nicely as i could about the situation with Judge playin hardventure/Scream or Die, and various other italian hardstyle tracks, trying to take the sound from the underground scene and making it his own.. Just as hardhouse was once known as Nu-energy 96-98... Would he have it..

He still insists that he thinks that they should be were they are for there hardwork, dont get me wrong they DJ, they present radi.. But for F**ksake, i said these bastardos are LEECHES once they finish with one new sound, they move to the next.

Why should they have the satisfaction of promoting a sound which has been played more and enjoyed more in the underground scene..

i have a lot of mates that are into all there commercial bollox from judge jules, dave pierce etc but i say f*ck it, let em listen to what ever they want, the main thing they are not to familiar with the underground side of trance and techno but love seeing a mark eg or m-zone set more than a jules set. and i think this is the most important thing.
but if there were dickheads that said "yeh fergie, hes a genious, hes the one who introduced techno" or sum bollox like that, i'd say GO F*CK YOURSELF, STOP LISTENING TO CHART MUSIC, GET YOUR ASSES OUT TO A PROPER RAVE, STOP SHAGGIN YOUR SISTER AND GET A F*CKIN HAIR CUT!!

fair play mate couldn't agree more. although i have very little respect for the likes of judge jules (i actually really want to slap him!), if people buzz off the music he plays then thats fair enough.

To be perfectly honest I don't even know the facts of the entire career's off Fergie and Judge Jules to even really be so harsh and condem them and I don't believe any of you do either. Whether I say that they are tossers or not makes no difference to the reality of what they "are" so I don't waste my time.

I'm not having a go as I respect and like everyone on this board. I just want to people aim for a positive note which is useful and not a communial moan which is based on guess's/assumptions which achieve's nothing.

I do understand your feelings though... it's not a bad thing you feel passionate about your music enough to get angry or want to complain about something you feel is doing damage to a music culture you believe in, but it's much better to appreciate reality and of the situation and continue your search for the new sound, stay ahead and keep yourself light years in front of the Judge Jules, Fergie.. etc... era.

I av mates who slate what I lisen 2,and I used to argue my point till I was blue in the face,but ive come to realise that there is no point in stressing what the scene is all about coz people like that probably will never understand,us lot on this Forum know what hardstyle,hard trance,techno is all about,and at the end of the day my opinion is they cant handle the crushing thrust and power of Hardstyle...............
