Does anyone know how to get an ascending acid effect using Reason, like on Brain 39 - Bad Boy? I've got the Wired Refill with the basic 303 sound but can't figure out how to recreate that effect using a Subtractor patch.

I haven't really used a Subtractor patch but u could try this...
Have a lowpass filter with a low cut-off. Whack the resonance up high, say 75-95%. Then have the attack of the filter envelope on petty short and with a medium decay. To get the acid rising just turn the dial that controls the amount the filter envelope affects the filter. add a bit of distortion.
Tweak the attack n decay to suite taste, along with the resonance level n filter cutoff
