    Default Thoughts & Opinions

I use to be really into Uplifting/Melodic Trance before i got into the Dark sounds of German Trance. But sometimes i feel when i listen to Club Trance it can have the most amazing breaks and catchy riffs but then get let down when the actual tune kicks. I always seem to think woah that is an immense melody....and then when it kicks....."NO", that could have been so much better. I just feel if it the kick drum was a bit tougher, or the Bassline was that little bit harder, that it would bring the tune out more.

    Any thoughts?

I know what your saying Paul, Ive been thinking and i reckon its because ive been listening to so many TB303 Basslines ;) that when i come to listen to trance its not doing it any justice and sounding weak.

    You going to Creamfields Paul?

I am actually bud, wasnt really wantin to. But all me mates did, and they kinda support me a lot, so gonna go ave a proper mad one i reckon. u?

I got this tune on galactive, jan gustaffson or summit which has a real pwerful kick aswell, rober nickson - spiral, albert vorne etc.... think its just cause they are just clean and crisp puncy kicks, maybe rather than avin much sub coupled with them.

**** knows, think its just a different kind of tough, if u not wat i mean. In a big system a lot of trance tunes can sound really tough, but not obviously tough....
