good performance. gerrard was outstanding before being substituted. beckham finally decided to pull his finger out of his ass. and some promising signs from the substitutes. everyone played with enthuisiasm, and worked hard, good levels of fitness too. great goal from wright-phillips. smith turned out another poor performance, he seems to be playing very negative football of late.
anyway, its the best ive seen england play for a long time.

Alright performance from England last night, especially in the second half, good positive football...
Sven has plenty of options open to him, lets hope he doesn't revert to his negative tactics any time soon...Numeric
