Well i'm fair getting to the olympics now
Track & Field starting now which is always exciting to watch whatever the event & as connor say's the 100m is special although we don't have a cat in hell chance of Gold but i rekon Silver or Bronze is in our reach.
Another off track sport that has got me watching is the boxing, i belive Disco Diva's sister was out in Athens compiting which is pritty wicked if you ask me
Also the performance of our very own Lancashire lad, Bolton born 17yr olf Amir Kahn :clap: Man this kid's lightning
on Friday he beat the reighning(sp) European Champion in that weight, a boxer of considerable Experience.
Twas some feat from Amir to win by...i think it was 16 points
which if your not familier with olympic boxing (simply) it's just 4 3min rounds in which each clean punch that lands on
the opponent is awarded with a point so Amir landed 16 more shots than his opponent
