I just got my hands on a pair of Alesis Point Sevens. They are not produced any more (since '96 I guess). I am interested if anyone has ever used them, and what is your opinion. They are a little light on the bass. Only a 5 inch woofer which gives bass down to 85Hz. Now I'm thinking about the Alesis Monitor 1 MK2 which has a 6.5inch woofer and can handle bass down to 45 Hz. I have been able to make very nice mixes ont the sevens. I really would like your opinion on this.

im pretty sure a certain birmingham based duo use thse and like them a lot. the point sevens that is
