this could be a belter of a song, i really like all the elements of this one, like you say it need's more work.
the hat pattern is great, but i would add a bit of variation to it here and there

the hats could still do with a little more variation for my liking, maybe you could try putting in extra little hit's here and there, make it more random sounding, it's something i try and do to break up the rigidity.

the main plus for me about this track is the synth's, they sound really nice, i love the reverb on them :love:
