It's got that recent beat from Julian DJ & Dave Sonar and its the one also used by Trance Generators mix of "The End is Important".
The vocals start with a woman saying "back 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and back..." and so on til eventually a bloke laughs and says "ok" and then says the "back 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and back..." - the bloke also says "****" instead of "and back" every other loop.

Tell you what, anyone else ever perved at the SkySports excercise routine in the mornings? dunno if its still on but it used to be in some city like Sydney and it would be basically 5 fit as birds bending in to interesting positions.
