    Default M Zone

Just a quick comment on M-Zone these days.

Ive seen him twice in the last couple of months an both sets have been perfectly mixed, an he's using a CD deck as well with all effects on it which sounds pretty interesting.
He seems to have sorted out his dodgee mixing that he was getting slated for quite abit a while back, which i'm happy about.
The only thing which i dont like is he seems to play pure hardstyle for most or all of his sets an it gets quite boring, just my taste though.

m-zone was on after me at binary on friday and his mixing was better than the last few times id seen him. Some proper quality sly mixes but as always some were a bit dire. i agree that a lot of pure hardstyle sets are a bit boring, which is why i always try to include hard trance in mine. Also a lot of hardstyle is really really shite and just consists of a bassline & randomly inserted screeches, but there is good varierd stuff out there too, just a shame so many djs will buy anything with a bassline...

I went to Energy 04 and it was the best event i've been to this year. M-zone rocked the technodrome arena.
Remember him dropping Hardventure and baseline of the century, remember any others Dj Vorny?

Mark eg played 2 belting sets as well, lovin it as ever

Si - is the NYE event in MK again? The venue works really well and its 3 mins away from my gf's house!!
