Can anyone help. im using an MD350 to record but only getting a really low level despite the metres on the MD showing a healthy level i.e. 0db.
The signal comes out of mydesk into an eq thru a compressor and then into the MD from the compressor. The final level ofthe recording ends up sbout -14db which is pretty crap. If any one can help i'd be very grateful. Cheers

try going from the tascam directly 2 the MD 2 check if the prob is on the Tascam or the next links in the chain.. let us know!
