    Default Pulsating Bass

Ok, I've got my bass sound nearly sorted, after much head scratchin and cursin, but how do I get that lovely pulsating low end on bass and kick? Maybe a plugin will give this effect, I dunno?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    Are you using compression?

Use a little max bass on the bass sound. Most of the bass u hear isn't really all that low freq., so u kind of cut the extra busy freq. and replac'em with more perceivable one.... the trade-off is u hear a lot more bass in yer track, but u Feel it less than b4... U can also just use a slight cut of everything bellow 60-70 hz (around 6-12db), in order 2 get more space 4 yer kick... now compress bass and kick 2gether, play with the levels until u get a nice pumpin' effect.... or even better use the kick as the Key insert for the bass compr.

    Hope this helpz,
