    Default some techno music

this started out as an experiment in warming up my bass, and wasn't meant to be finished, but i got carried away. i still have some ideas to add to this, but i've been working on it for 2 weeks and need to take a break.

    any feedback appreciated. thanks.

the bass is a little overpowering though, also the kick isnt sitting very well, it's sounding too spongy, i like the guitar though

thanks. still getting adjusted to the acoustics of my new location. i'll see about trimming the bass/kick back a little.

the guitar part was actually played on the juno 106.

on a juno 106, great stuff, you really managed to get a guitar feel about it, not only in how it sounds, but the way the lines are played

thanks again. i played the guitar for years before getting into techno. i traded my guitars for food a few yers back, but i've been wanting to get one again, and in the meantime discovered that the pitch stick on the juno is mighty fun to jerk back and forth. :)

i've pulled the bass back a little and cleaned up some of the highs while i was at it. i may still switch the kick drum.

i like this. not quite my style, but interesting anyhow.
don't think the punchy kick belongs here though...maybe a kick with more release?
    cheers for the listen.

Not really the kinda thing I'd play but it is good nonetheless. I can't really comment on the overall sound until I try it on the monitors, but everything comes through on these at least ;)

Cool bits in there tho :)

cheers. a version of this will probably end up in my live pa, but i don't imagine i would play it in a dj set either (what to mix it with?). maybe i'll take a crack at something more dj friendly one of these days, when i'm not having so much fun. ;)
