Got to be Hennes & Cold - The Second Trip (Dj Scot Project mix).

It completely changed the face of hard trance, and the bassline used in it created it's own genre! This tune still sounds awesome nearly 3 years later, it hasn't dated at all.

I would say that Shokk - Folie a Deux (to give it it's proper title) comes not far behind though.
