HALLELUIA!! Yes...after a "much too long" wait it is out through VETO.
Buy them for your friends for christmas. Ian Lehman=no worries about returns at the customer service counter.

Nah, he isn't joking. I agree the minimal fad is at the point of ****ing ridiculous, but his minimal is better and a bit different than the usual clicky poppy glitchy bullshit.

@basslinejunkie: The b-side tracks are good too, but these days most people here either play minimal, or just dark/weird...so I've been in the mood to bang it lately and make things fun and energetic again. So, the A tracks do a better job of fitting the peak time sound imo.

Thanks man. I haven't heard it on vinyl myself yet so I am kinda anxious. Glenn had a lot going on since Compound went silent for a while. A new LP, some reworking of his label infrastructure, as well as some personal stuff so Compound was just put on the backburner for a while. I think the release will be a strong come back for Compound. #33 is Ian again with a record that is just as bangin' (imo his best release yet), featuring more of a peak-time club sound rather than his usual atmospheric and moody techno. Some of the tracks have that more jackin' feel similar to the A1 on the Tonewrecker release. Compound is back!
