Default anyone know how to get rid of this problem?

im sure a few of you guys probably know what im talking about:

when people call u on your cellphone when your trying to make a beat and your monitors start acting all crazy....

im sure it has something to do with connecting grounds to the monitors? If so, where??

i think the problem has more to do with inadequate shielding rather than grounding. nonetheless, i've never been able to find a perfect solution, other than keeping my cell phone at least 10 feet away from the mixer.

i find that cell phones cause interference with alot of stuff like my computer screen, causing crazy lines and waves when the phone rings and also when i talk. On standby it doesnt cause any interference.

newer ones dont seem to do it any more - except those crappy LG ones they give away with 3, and some of those other cheapy samsung style flip phones..
Ive been a Sony phone user for a couple of years and havent heard them for ages untill recently i broke my phone and had to get my old nokia out again and low and behold the noise is back - i can hear it as we speak!

Dont bring your phone into your studio. its a reciepe for problems.

the last thing i want when im producing is someone interrupting my "creative flow". cellphones, pets, family, and girlfriends are barred from the room when i have my studio headphones on.

Lead line your studio walls (or build them out of thick stone and concrete)
