I think those comments were a bit harsh.

He has been working with some of the Stay Up Forever Collective in London, and to some people this style of underground techno is just not hard enough for them so they call it shit. As somebody else said - he's just mellowed and realises that there is still a very vibrant and happy rave scene going on over here, which we love him being part of.
