Hi,

I do most my production and tweekin standing up as my compressors and rack gear are mounted above my mixing desk on a shelf. The best thing if you dont want to be lazy is mount your stuff at chest height, so if you are sittin down you will have to reach up all the time, forceing you to stand up.
Then you could maybe do most of your sequencing, sitting down.
