I want to make music with a laptop and am thinking of buying either an ibook or a powerbook. Is it worth paying the extra money for a powerbook? and if so could you explain why?

bus speeds, ports, available options.. compare the tech specs for each on the apple site. you'll get more mileage out of a pb. or, depending on what you wan to do an ibook may be plenty.

don't forget screen size and the ability to power a 2nd monitor for dual desktops..... :lol:
