Mine has always been Cubasis VST4.
I tried the various normal Cubase programs but have always found it too cumbersome.

But i will certainly try others, tried reason long ago, had some looks at cubase but at the moment, fruity is just fine and FL 5 will seriously kick ass. i'm sure.
It's easy to find your way into Fruity but it allows more complex things as well.![]()
As far as software is concerned, Cakewalk has usually been the master control program.

Protools rules for audio but I'm jealous of people with Logic 7 in many other respects....
Generally SX or sometimes Just fruity... ocasinaly Ableton...
