    I'm one of the residents at the holodeck in cardiff - Paul Scheeres, and spencer tells me that we're coming to play at your night in september, and then you're coming down to us later that month. excellent! looking forward to both nights, nice one

    Yeah - we are all looking forward to you guys coming up here too! We're going to bring a few bodies down with us also .....

    Heres a bit more info about our night in May for everyone else.

    Substorm, Friday 2nd May, Blackfriars Basement, Bell St, Glasgow.
    Tax = £3/£4

    DJ's/Acts
    Martin BSE (LIVE)
    Pierre Lander (Gothenburg)
    Dave Speirs [3 dex] (Full On/PLM)

    + residents John McLean + John Fernie


    Martin BSE will be performing a live set containing his original music. Martin has been playing for several years now and has played all over Scotland laying down his trademark techno beeps. He is a resident at Miscreat which resides at the Halt Bar in Woodlands road, and many other places. The BSE stands for Barking Spider Electronics. We are delighted he has agreed to become our first Live Act at Substorm.

    Pierre Lander is a name that will not be familiar to you. Hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden, Pierre became known to us through his regular internet radio shows. He plays a pumping brand of techno which should feed even the most bass hungry palates.

    Dave Speirs is a PLM favourite who is also part of the Full On camp which plays all over Scotland. Room permitting he will be performing on 3 decks which again is a first for Substorm. Whilst being a master of the DJM600 Daves technical ability is also very high. Dont miss it!

    Thats the guests - with support from the Substorm resident Johns: McLean (Full On) and Fernie this Substorm promises to be the best yet. Entry will be £4 but if you are a student, UB40 or member of the PLM mailing list then it will only be £3.
