Details of May Event
We're back at the Kiva on May 3rd 2003 for another collaboration with High Fish. Following on from the success of the events with Meri as guest, we've asked two more of the High Fish techno DJ's along - Jim Bong and M.A.T.303.
Expect an evening of hard edged techno from the fishy boys - from London acid through the funky loops of Marco Bailey to the no nonsense industrialism of Chris Liebing, K D Smith or Andreas Kraemer.
The residents will be crossing all styles, as usual, with a heavy Detroit influence and plenty of strong, percussive grooves. But the emphasis from all the DJs, residents and guests, will simply be on the dirty funk.
The other 3 residents, Joe Adjare, Ian H and Starks will be kicking off another Bar Room Brawl in the front playing breaks, electro, house, hip-hop and trip-hop, with a hint of soul, funk and anything else that takes their fancy.
9pm til 2am. £5 on the door.

After Dave the Drummer, I am going to try and get myself to every 1st generation, wikked nights and this time round its hard fish with mr M.A.T and the one and only Jim Bong.

Arrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhh mate, I will try and get down A.S.A.P, but as you have probably heard I am banned from driving at the moment, and it is seriously restricting my movements :cry:
I really really really wanna get myself down there though mate, and as soon as Ian or someone goes down there next Ill scam a lift :D
I gotta get myself in one of them photos hahahahahaha :P
