this is one of the best sounding around, also the fat freebase is damn good, the syntecno teebee is ok but nothing special

I have a modded FAT 383 for sale, which sounds pretty damn similar to the 303, should anyone be interested

the FAT one didnt seem to be rated on http://www.teknet.ch/tb-303/reviews.htm

the TeeBee MK5 and the TBS-303 seemed to be best reviewed
out of all the hardware ones

I used to make a lot of acid techno and played live every week in the 90`s
I tried all the clones out
the 383 was the most realistic sound to the 303, simple.

yeah, as much as I like the 303, after the old one died, I wasn`t gonna fork out 500 - 600 pounds on a synth that only makes one noise.
    Hence the clone.

How is your Freebass modded? Who did it, how much, what's the difference in sound?

    Might consider modding mine.

A friend of mine modded the filter, I think it`s 24v instead of 12v, it certainly has more range and depth now.
It gives a lot more whoomph on the low end when you close down the filter.
Sale price, I`m not sure how much they go for, so I`m up for offers before I put it on ebay.
I`m selling it purely for the fact I just don`t use 303 sounds any more.
