    Default Ben Sims Question

    i'm a huge fan. djin & production are both superb imo..

    anyways, anyone know what he uses in the studio ? i'm guessing an MPC of some description but it wouldnt be the first time i was totally wrong :lol:

    MPC???

    Why do you think that? I would have thought pure software, down to the sheer about of loops he uses. But perhaps Herman can give us some clues cause he's worked with him recently ;)

    the sound of the filters ? the loop based side of it ?

    i know Rue East use one (MPC3000 i think ?) so that kinda swayed me a bit.

    suppose, if he did use an MPC he would prob do the odd live show. which he doesnt...

    mmm. interesting. anyone enlighten me ?

    herman, you guys killed it on Intec30. That shit is HOOOTT!!!
    And you're right... the B1 track does bare uncanny resemblance to something I had Antonio send to you. ;)

    They spelled Ben's name wrong though :lol: :lol:

    zektor, thats pretty much the interviews ive found, hence askin here as none of them actually tell you what he uses.

    and no i wasnt being that serious. my bad for no smily
