    ...Can anyone name some good plugin's for techno that aren't too hungry on the old processor?

    im pretty sure the Uberdruck boys use this card....isnt it right that the plugins run from the cards on board memory CPU and RAM isnt an issue?

    tc powercore is a firewire plugins processor, pretty powerful as well, but costs about $1200

    i personally prefer the uad-1 card, cause i think these plug ins sound much better

    a shame that there is no firewire device from UA
    Power corrupts. Absolute power is kind off neat.
