    Guitar Controlled Bass Synth v4.0

    * Designed as a bass synth, can also be used for many different synth and percussion sounds.
    * Phase distortion oscillator, two wave selectors with eight waveforms each and modulation depth. Sub, bass and normal octaves. The envelope switch in the oscillator sends the filter envelope to the oscillator depth control.
    * Can be altered by one of sixteen different preset waveshapers.
    * A seperate sub osc can be set equal to or one octave lower than the main oscillator and can enter the signal chain pre or post filter.
    * Two filters: Moog type and Low pass. Variable envelope amount with controls for attack, decay and sustain. Velocity control affects the filter cutoff and controls the oscillator depth.
    * Now includes a Compressor.
    * Now includes a switchable 3 band equalizer.
    * Amp section with control of attack, decay and sustain. Velocity control affects the output level.
    * Audio trigger section consists of only two knobs, (Gate) which sets the gates strength (Decay) which sets the gates time re-trigger. (Please read the manual) The synth may be triggered by audio or MIDI using the A|M switch in the trigger section.
    * 64 presets to get you started.

    Thumbs up

This my friend is a what you would call a FSU VST, all it does is chopping up buffers and plays them back. of-course you can choose the length of the piece of audio played back and when to apply it.

Blargh its hard to explain what it does, throw it into your DAW feed it some audio and press the
little button. Then tweak the big knob. then press the button again, that's how it works and what it
    does pretty simple.

Yes it is freeware, but if you want to donate a little summething something for my hard work, its much apprecieated.

Originating from the KVR developer challenge is this little beast.

Real-time sample assembler that accumulates loops from live or prerecorded audio sources. which means you can do all sort of nice things with it. I'm going to update a few things on it and then start hosting everything here at shuriken.se but for now I'm being a bit stressed and lazy and just want to put everything up here as fast as I can type.

Scanned Synth is the world's first VST plugin to implement Scanned Synthesis! Until now, this exciting new synthesis technology has only been available to users of Csound and Max. Now every desktop (Windows PC) musician can easily incorporate it into their compositions.

I would be really interested to hear about how you use the plugin and any ideas that you have for further development.

Please send any feedback to me (John Proctor) at feedback@humanoidsounds.co.uk
